Make regions of a PDF clickable
Draw a rectangle over text or an image and attach a URL. Readers who open the PDF in a standard viewer can click through — and the whole edit stays on your device.

How to add hyperlinks to a PDF
- Open your PDF — it loads locally with no upload.
- Enter the URL, then drag on the page to place a link region.
- Repeat on other pages if needed, then download the linked PDF.
Links are annotations, not visible text
Drawing a region adds a URI link annotation. The underlying text or image does not change — readers click the invisible rectangle. To remove links later, use Remove annotations (or keep other markups and strip links there).
http(s) and mailto only
Only web and email targets are accepted, which avoids risky schemes. Paste the full URL before drawing so each region gets the right destination.
