Fill PDF forms privately (no upload)
Complete text fields, checkboxes, and dropdowns in the browser, then flatten. Keep tax and HR forms on your device.
Why upload form fillers are risky
Fillable PDFs often hold SSNs, addresses, and bank details. Cloud fillers take a full copy to render fields. Filling locally means answers never leave your machine until you choose to download and send the result yourself.
Fill, review, flatten
Open Fill & Flatten, load the PDF, complete fields, then download a filled copy. Flatten when recipients should not edit answers in a viewer. If a page has no AcroForm fields, use Add Text instead. Sign after filling when a signature line remains blank.
After the form is done
Merge supporting pages into one packet, compress if email rejects the size, and password-protect when the recipient should need a key. Redact any fields that must not appear in the shared version.
