Choosing a layout
2-up on a landscape sheet is the classic “two pages side by side” for drafts and scripts. 4-up suits slide handouts; 6-up and 9-up work for storyboards and contact-sheet style review. Pages keep their aspect ratio inside each cell, so nothing is stretched.
N-up vs booklet
N-up simply packs pages in reading order to save paper. A booklet rearranges pages into printer spreads so the folded stack reads correctly. If you plan to fold and staple, use the Booklet tool; if you just want fewer sheets, use N-up.
